Our corporate and small business representation involves counseling clients in choosing the appropriate business entity. This includes corporations, limited liability companies, sole proprietorships and partnerships. Our representation covers formations, buyouts, mergers, stock purchases, buy/sell agreements; business succession planning; corporate dissolution; and maintaining corporate records. We are proud to offer an annual corporate minute service to our corporate clients. To document a company's important annual events, we will organize, draft and prepare annual minutes and mail the documents to the client and the corporate accountant to help maintain the company's minute books.
