Our clients include buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions.  For residential services, we offer flat fee services and are involved from "contract to closing".  We routinely prepare real estate purchase contracts, deeds, easements, notes, mortgages, and land installment contracts.  Whether you are using a realtor or a "For Sale By Owner", we can advise you throughout the transaction.  For commercial services, we often prepare commercial leases or are involved in the sale of commercial properties.
